No. They open your link, choose a service and a time, and enter their name and email. That's it.
No. Availability is checked on the server, and a time is held for a client while they finish booking. If someone else takes it first, the client is offered the nearest free times instead.
Yes — every confirmation email has a private link. You decide how close to the appointment they're still allowed to change it online.
No, it's optional. AuraBook works fully on its own. Connecting Google just keeps your personal calendar and your bookings in sync.
Not yet. Payment happens at the studio. You can already show a deposit amount on bookings, and online payments are planned.
